(FOX26) \u2014 A severe storm that swept through the Central Valley on Wednesday has led to significant power outages. Pacific Gas &amp; Electric (PG&amp;E) reported that an outage in downtown Fresno began at 12:15 p.m., affecting 3,335 customers. <\/p>\n<p>There is currently no estimated time for power restoration. <\/p>\n<p>Crews are currently responding to emergencies due to storm damage. Once the extreme weather has passed, crews will begin repairs.
