TRANSFER TRACKER STATUS: Extension<\/p>\n
The San Jose Earthquakes<\/a> have signed midfielder Beau Leroux<\/a> to a contract extension, the club announced Monday.\u00a0<\/p>\n The 22-year-old’s new deal lasts through June 2028 with an option for June 2029.\u00a0<\/p>\n Leroux posted 5g\/4a in 33 appearances (25 starts) during his rookie 2025 season, earning San Jose\u2019s Young Player of the Year Award.\u00a0<\/p>\n He previously featured for the club’s MLS NEXT Pro<\/a> affiliate, The Town FC, after being drafted 42nd overall in the 2024 MLS SuperDraft.<\/p>\n \u201cFirst and foremost, I want to thank God,\u201d Leroux said. \u201cI\u2019m also super grateful and excited to be re-signing with my hometown team.
