Kern County Public Works said Virginia Avenue is closed from Washington Street to Monticello Avenue.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"KBAK\/KBFX{p}{\/p}\" class=\"ImageEmbed_image__qZBo_\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/47f88093-c3cf-4f87-9dc4-8facb74960ca-Media20251229T202706.731.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Traffic is diverted on east and westbound Virginia Avenue and Monticello Avenue.
