FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) \u2014 A Fresno man is pleading for help after enduring two years of alleged harassment from his neighbor. <\/p>\n
Karamvir Bajwa claims his neighbor, Richard Gray, began watching his family in 2023 and has since escalated to threats and physical confrontations.<\/p>\n
\u201cFrom that point, I don’t know what happened. He just started hating me,” Bajwa said. “He said, ‘If you don’t take your son out of your house, I’m going to kill him.'”<\/p>\n
Bajwa has documented multiple incidents, including video footage of Bajwa being attacked through his car window.<\/p>\n
“Every time I would come home, he would just be sitting outside just waiting for me,” Bajwa said. “He’s pulled a gun on me before (and) he’s pulled a knife on me before.”<\/p>\n
Bajwa said he once called the police 20 to 30 times in a single week. <\/p>\n
“There’s been about 60 calls within about a month and a half regarding this, but they’re not doing nothing,” Bajwa said.<\/p>\n
Bajwa also filed for a restraining order and said the judge granted him a 10-year restraining order against Gray. <\/p>\n
The restraining order, which mandates Gray to stay 100 yards away, has not provided the relief Bajwa hoped for. <\/p>\n
“Two weeks ago he was in front of my house,” Bajwa said. \u201cI can’t even sit in my backyard because he comes over the fence and he starts threatening me.\u201d<\/p>\n

He has submitted videos and pictures to the Fresno Police Department and the district attorney’s office but has not received satisfactory responses.<\/p>\n
“I’m taking all the right steps… but I’m not getting nothing in return,” Bajwa said. “I’ve submitted all the videos. I submitted all the pictures…..what more do you need?”<\/p>\n
Bajwa said he fears for his life on a daily basis and does not feel safe staying or leaving the house.<\/p>\n
“One thing he always said, ‘I’m gonna kill you,'” Bajwa said. “I just feel like there has to be there has to be an end to this because I can’t live my life like this.”<\/p>\n
Gray declined to comment on the situation. <\/p>\n
Fresno police were seen arriving at the neighborhood, on Wednesday, Dec.31, but the reason for their presence remains undisclosed. <\/p>\n
