Incarcerated rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs<\/a>\u00a0has delisted his sprawling\u00a0Beverly Hills<\/a> mansion more than a year after putting the now-infamous home on the market for $61.5 million<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Two months after he was sentenced to four years in prison<\/a> for transporting individuals for prostitution, the rapper appears to have ceased his months-long quest to find a buyer for his California dwelling<\/a>, which was the subject of a Homeland Security raid, when agents stormed the property to find evidence in a sex trafficking investigation. <\/p>\n

Property records show that the home was taken off the market on Dec. 24. It is currently unclear what prompted the property’s delisting; however, Realtor.com\u00ae<\/a> has contacted a spokesperson for Diddy for comment.<\/p>\n

The home\u2014which was listed with celebrity real estate agent Kurt Rappaport\u2014was initially put on the market in September 2024, days before Diddy, 56, was arrested in New York City<\/a> on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. <\/p>\n

Diddy had pled not guilty to all charges against him\u2014with his lawyers arguing that he had not engaged in any nonconsensual sex acts.<\/p>\n

Following a highly-publicized trial earlier this year, the rapper was found not guilty of the more serious allegations levied against him\u2014but was still sentenced to 50 months behind bars, after a jury convicted him on two prostitution-related convictions.<\/p>\n

In addition to a prison sentence, the judge imposed a $500,000 fine, which was the maximum he was able to order and was based, he said, on the fact that Diddy has “immense resources, which enabled his crimes.”<\/p>\n

Diddy’s 10-bedroom, 13-bathroom property, which he purchased for $39 million back in 2014, gained global notoriety in March 2024 when it was raided by Homeland Security agents as part of their investigation into the rapper’s alleged illegal activities, along with his\u00a0$48 million Miami home<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Six months after that raid, Diddy was charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution, and now faces up to life in prison if he is found guilty, according to the\u00a0Associated Press<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In the months after his arrest, details emerged about the evidence that was reportedly found inside the mansion, which prosecutors claimed was used as the site of several so-called “freak off” parties, events where the rapper is accused of using his “power and prestige” to “abuse, threaten and coerce women … to fulfill his sexual desires,” according to an unsealed indictment.<\/p>\n

During the trial, jurors were shown images of the evidence uncovered during the raids carried out at Diddy’s homes in Florida<\/a> and California<\/a>, with photos taken inside the properties revealing investigators found multiple weapons, including AR-15 rifle parts, as well as numerous pairs of women’s high heels, sex toys, and dozens of bottles of baby oil littering the expansive property.<\/p>\n

Several different drugs were also discovered on the property, with Homeland Security Special Agent Gerard Gannon revealing that an assortment of pills, white powder, and a “crystal rock-like substance” that later tested positive for cocaine and ketamine were uncovered from a Gucci bag in the closet, per\u00a0CNN<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Another photo captures a prescription bottle for Clonazepam as well as natural treatments for erectile dysfunction.<\/p>\n

Rubber ducks were also seen stored in a box in one photo, while Just For Men hair dye was captured in another, alongside a hairdryer.<\/p>\n

One image taken inside a bathroom in the home revealed that the mirror had been covered in several message, some of which appear to have been written in lipstick, while others were scrawled in black marker.<\/p>\n

“Love you love Diddy,” read one, while another said: “What do you WANT?”<\/p>\n

A third read: “You a legend and quite stn Team Puffy.”<\/p>\n

The home, which is held by real estate agent Kurt Rappaport, has once again been pulled from the market. Realtor.comIt is currently unclear what prompted the property’s delisting; however, Realtor.com\u00ae has contacted a spokesperson for Diddy for comment.Realtor.comThe rapper, who was sentenced to four years behind bars after being found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, initially listed the home for sale\u00a0for a whopping $61.5 million back in September.Realtor.com<\/p>\n

However, the original listing for the home\u2014which is located in the exclusive Holmby Hills<\/a>\u00a0neighborhood\u2014made no mention of its scandal-ridden owner, or its controversial history. <\/p>\n

Instead, the property was described as one of the area’s “most spectacular and beautiful estates,” offering 10 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms spread across 17,000 square feet.<\/p>\n

It was first reported that the rapper had plans to sell the property back in July 2024, less than four months after it was raided by federal agents, although he did not officially put it on the market until two months after those rumors emerged.<\/p>\n

Photos from the raid revealed that agents had conducted a thorough search of both properties, with reports claiming they removed multiple electronics and also opened safes that were found inside both the L.A. and Miami homes.<\/p>\n

According to the indictment, agents uncovered weapons, drugs, and what has been described as “freak off” supplies, which included narcotics, lubricant, and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil, per\u00a0NBC News<\/a>.<\/p>\n

At the time, a source told\u00a0Page Six<\/a>\u00a0at the time that there had been “significant property damage” caused at both homes during the raids.<\/p>\n

Diddy’s Holmby Hills property comes complete with a rather impressive number of amenities, including a bar, wine cellar, library, gym, an indoor sauna, and a pool.<\/p>\n

The listing also called attention to the home’s “state-of-the-art theatre that can accommodate 35 people,” as well as classic European details throughout the home.<\/p>\n

“The stunning grounds feature beautiful lawns, mature trees, formal gardens, a resort like swimming pool with waterfall and grotto, basketball court, spa house and an outdoor covered loggia with BBQ, bar, and pizza oven,” the listing stated.<\/p>\n

Prior to Diddy’s guilty verdict, legal experts explained to Realtor.com what would become of the property if the rapper ended up serving a prison sentence, revealing that he was legally within his rights to pursue a sale of the home. However, what becomes of the money from a sale could well be left in the hands of the authorities.<\/p>\n

“Generally speaking, he can sell his home, but given the legal action mounting against him, the court will likely have a say in how the proceeds are disbursed,”\u00a0Cara Ameer, an agent with Coldwell Banker in\u00a0California, explained.<\/p>\n

However, if a buyer comes forward in the wake of Diddy’s conviction, the federal government “can put a lien on the asset” and have a say in where the money goes,\u00a0Justin Paperny, a crisis manager for White Collar Advice, explained.<\/p>\n

Ameer also pointed out that Combs may well end up with sky-high legal costs and need the money from the sale of his home to cover them.<\/p>\n

“It might be he has to sell his home to pay for his legal costs as well as restitution that is being sought for his victims,” she said. “He may end up having to liquidate a lot of his assets if he can\u2019t afford to pay out of pocket. A court may have oversight of where the proceeds from the sale go in that instance.”<\/p>\n

However, given the stigma around the property, a sale at his desired price might be a tough hill to climb.<\/p>\n

If Combs takes the home off the market, he could always rent it out as a “trophy property,” Paperny noted, explaining that notable clients of his, with high-end homes, have made their real estate available on Airbnb for as much as $20,000 a night.<\/p>\n

However, Paperny explained that Combs may well struggle to secure a buyer who was willing to pay the $61.5 million asking price\u2014particularly given the property’s seedy connection to the rapper’s trial. <\/p>\n

“[He] could be asking too much,” the crisis manager warned. “People might not want the affiliation to him.” <\/p>\n

The house is one of many incredible properties Diddy has owned and sold over the years. His Miami mansion, which is located on the exclusive Star Island, was previously owned by\u00a0Gloria\u00a0and\u00a0Emilio Estefan\u00a0and cost the rapper a whopping $35 million back in 2021.<\/p>\n

It includes two buildings on 1.34 acres, with a total of six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and nearly 8,000 square feet, as well as stunning waterfront views.<\/p>\n

Diddy already owned the home next door to the Estefan property, having purchased that 18 years earlier for $14.5 million.<\/p>\n
