LEMON GROVE: 3,000 toys donated to Lemon Grove Toy Giveaway for local kids in need for holidays\u2026
\nThe 6th Annual Lemon Grove Toy Giveaway collected nearly 3,000 toys from the local community to go to several hundreds of local children in need. Toys were given out at a community giveaway in early December and were given to local nonprofits for distribution to families in need. The giveaway, run by volunteers, was hosted by Kids Fashion Week Network, with the Lemon Grove Lions Club, Lemon Grove Forward Club and Improving Lemon Grove. Pictured are volunteers. \nSan Diego Oasis, a nonprofit that fosters healthy aging through lifelong learning, active lifestyles and community involvement, recently turned its Rancho Bernardo center into a Moonlight Masquerade for its annual gala, sponsored by St. Paul\u2019s Senior Services.
