FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) \u2014 A Fresno man was shocked after spotting strange lights on New Year’s Eve.<\/p>\n
Art Garcia was near First and Clinton Avenues around 10:25 p.m. when he noticed the lights all moving in unison, headed south.<\/p>\n

Art says the orange lights weren’t making any sounds in the night sky.<\/p>\n
