Lawsuit Says Not So Fast"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A lawsuit in San Diego claims Sharp Healthcare recorded doctor visits without written consent, while using an A.I. tool called Abridge to take notes.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint, filed in November by Sharp Patient Jose Saucedo, seeks class action status and damages that could reach five thousand dollars per violation. <\/p>\n<p>Other local hospitals say they use similar tech, but with patient permission.
