Officials with the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner Office have\u00a0identified\u00a0the man who was killed in a fatal traffic collision on Interstate 5 northbound just south of Magic Mountain Parkway in the early hours of Tuesday morning.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Edwin Oscanoa Vicuna, 50, of Bakersfield, has been identified as the man who\u00a0was\u00a0killed\u00a0when\u00a0a sedan and two box trucks\u00a0were involved in the traffic collision.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel were dispatched at 3:03 a.m. to a report of a traffic collision involving a trapped person, according to officials with the Fire Department on Tuesday morning.\u00a0<\/p>\n
There was one person trapped in the truck, according to Keith Navarre,\u00a0spokesman\u00a0with the Fire Department during a phone interview on Tuesday.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cA driver in a Toyota Corolla was traveling northbound I-5 when they lost control of their vehicle,\u00a0subsequently\u00a0crashing into the side of a box truck.
