(KFSN) &#8212; Longtime ABC30 anchor Warren Armstrong has signed off from his final Live at Eleven broadcast ahead of his retirement in the fall. His career took him to WTOV-TV in Steubenville, Ohio\/Wheeling, West Virginia; KJEO-TV in Fresno; and KTXL-TV in Sacramento before returning to Fresno to join the Action News team in 2000.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC eTIW sUzSN \">Armstrong has earned 11 Emmy Awards, two RTNDA Awards, and an Edward R.
