WE KNOW THAT SACRAMENTO POLICE IS HERE. SACRAMENTO FIRE DEPARTMENT ALSO HERE. NOW, WHAT WE KNOW IS THAT THIS IS A CAR ACCIDENT THAT HAPPENED JUST AFTER 430 TODAY.
