BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK\/KBFX) \u2014 Joshua Vaughn, a member of the Sons of Hell Motorcycle Club (Hells Angels affiliate), was sentenced to six years in prison for assault cases last week, according to Kern County court officials.<\/p>\n

Vaughn was sentenced on January 10, 2026, after being convicted on December 10, 2025, of assault with a firearm. He had previously pleaded not guilty.<\/p>\n

In one case, Vaughn was involved in a June 2024 joint law enforcement investigation. Vaughn was identified as a member of the Sons of Hell Motorcycle Club, a sub-affiliate motorcycle club that takes orders and direction from the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club. A second suspect, John Seeger, also belonged to the Sons of Hell.<\/p>\n

More than 150 law enforcement personnel seized about 25 guns, ammunition, multiple high-capacity magazines, and gang-affiliate paraphernalia.<\/p>\n

Ricardo Alvarez, Armando Villasenor, Joseph Soto Sr., Joseph Soto Jr., and Joshua Zavala were patched and active members at the time of their arrest. <\/p>\n

Court records show that Vaughn’s sentence was doubled due to the three-strikes law. He was denied credit for time served and denied probation.<\/p>\n
