In 2026, the Canto comfort food wunderkind is maybe better than ever.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph n2hx75i _1knl15h1 _1knl15h0 cej01i1\">Neighborhood izakaya meets Chef\u2019s Table-ish montage. Service moves fast \u2014 the kitchen staff are in view \u2014 but the atmosphere is still, somehow, accessible. Maybe it\u2019s the bevy of polaroids on the wall or the posters of pop stars and movies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph n2hx75i _1knl15h1 _1knl15h0 cej01i1\">Odds of a successful walk-in are slim to not going to happen.
