Fresno police arrested a man Tuesday in connection with multiple sexual assault charges on juveniles and are asking the public for help identifying potential additional victims.<\/p>\n
Investigators said Santiago Flores, 30, was taken into custody in Mendota on multiple sexual assault-related charges.<\/p>\n
Authorities say Flores solicited a female juvenile in September 2025 while she was walking to school near South Cedar Avenue and East Church Avenue.<\/p>\n
The victim eventually entered his vehicle, and Flores drove her to a nearby parking lot where several sex crimes occurred before returning her to school.<\/p>\n
In a separate November 2025 incident near South Cedar Avenue and East Cesar Chavez Boulevard, Flores reportedly approached a female juvenile, but she declined to enter his vehicle.<\/p>\n
