The first students in USC\u2019s class of 2030 were accepted Friday, with about 3,800 admitted early action.<\/p>\n
The early action acceptance rate was about 9.5%. More than 40,000 students applied under the November 1 deadline, the university told Annenberg Media in an email statement.<\/p>\n
The university said they expect to admit about 5,000 more students in March. <\/p>\n
USC began offering<\/a> early-action applications in the fall of 2022. In 2025, the early action acceptance rate<\/a> was roughly 8.4%, with about 3,500 accepted. USC ultimately admitted about 8,700 incoming students for the fall 2025 semester and about 2,200 for spring admission.
