Getty Images<\/p>\n<p>Socioeconomic indicators included the cost of living, income growth, poverty levels and unemployment.<\/p>\n<p>Quality of life was measured by access to healthcare providers, food options, exercise opportunities and overall well-being.<\/p>\n<p>Location and community focused on education levels, arts and entertainment, civic engagement, housing conditions and commute times, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rentcafe.com\/blog\/rental-market\/market-snapshots\/most-livable-metro-areas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">RentCafe<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe California Post is coming soon.
