LONG BEACH, NY. \u2014 The Long Beach Police Department released its weekly arrest report Tuesday, detailing three incidents from the week beginning Jan. 14 and ending Jan. 21. The listed arrests are as follows: <\/p>\n
On Jan. 14, Long Beach police arrested a 33-year-old Long Beach resident with an open bench warrant at 1 W. Chester St., police said. Police listed two counts of third-degree grand larceny on the arrest report; third-degree grand larceny is defined in penal code as theft of property worth more than $3,000 or theft of an ATM or its contents. <\/p>\n
On Jan. 14, Long Beach police executed an open arrest warrant on a 34-year-old Long Beach resident at the intersection of West Olive Street and National Boulevard, police said. <\/p>\n
On Jan. 16, Long Beach police arrested a 39-year-old Long Beach resident at the intersection of Lincoln Boulevard and West Park Avenue, police said.
