\n\tThea Jagare\u00a0went undefeated in singles competition to earn The Big West Women’s Tennis Player of the Week honor. It is Jagare’s second\u00a0career weekly honor, having won it once last season.\u00a0 <\/p>\n


\n\tIn singles competition, Jagare went 3-0, highlighted by a gritty three-set comeback victory over Seha Yu (CSF), rallying after dropping the first set to win 4-6, 6-3, 7-5. The sophomore followed that with two commanding straight-set wins, including a 6-1, 6-0 sweep of Emma Moratella Sanz (CSUN) and a 6-4, 6-4 victory over Loiuise Wikander (DU), demonstrating her ability to close out matches efficiently against varied opponents. <\/p>\n


\n\tIn doubles, Jagare paired with Cecilia Costa to a 2-1 record. The duo earned convincing wins over CSUN and DU opponents, each by identical 6-3 scores. <\/p>\n
