Its West Adams location opened in 2021, where Cento has remained a destination for fresh noodles and vibey date nights, even expanding with a gallery-like, Neptunian <a href=\"https:\/\/la.eater.com\/2025\/5\/9\/24426522\/cento-raw-bar-seafood-restaurant-opening-los-angeles-west-adams\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">raw bar next door<\/a>. As the restaurant name suggests, the star of the menu is undeniably pasta; there are spicy renditions, long noodles and short, and luxuriously creamy bites. Get a bowl \u2014 or two \u2014 and dessert for a simple yet satisfying dinner.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph n2hx75i _1knl15h1 _1knl15h0 cej01i1\">Outdoor seating features a massive olive tree at the center of the restaurant and fairy lights strung throughout the garden; the atmosphere is romantic without trying to be. Indoor seating feels a bit more austere but provides a clear view into the bustling kitchen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph n2hx75i _1knl15h1 _1knl15h0 cej01i1\">Parking on this strip of West Adams is tricky and streets are dark.
