LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) \u2013 The UNLV men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams will host their first dual meets of 2026 this weekend.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The Rebel women will host in-state rival UNR for a Silver State Series dual on Friday, Jan. 23. Diving events start at 1:15 p.m. PT, followed by swimming at 2:45 p.m. PT.<\/p>\n
The Scarlet & Gray will then face off against Fresno Pacific in their Senior Meet Saturday, Jan. 24. The meet is scheduled to start at 10 a.m. PT with diving events and will close out with swimming at 11 a.m. PT. After the meet, the Rebels will be honoring 14 seniors with a special ceremony.<\/p>\n
Fans can follow the action via livestream on the UNLV Athletics YouTube channel<\/a>, as well as the live results here<\/a> or on the MeetMobile app. Results will be posted each day on UNLVRebels.com.<\/p>\n MPSF LEADERS: The Rebel men have multiple MPSF-leading times this season, highlighted by Ian Belflower<\/a> in the 100 fly (46.89) and 200 fly (1:43.94), Bryson Huey<\/a> in the 50 free (19.02), Wikus Potgieter<\/a> in the 50 back (21.72) and Tatsuki Inoue<\/a> in the 100 back (46.82). Additionally, the Scarlet & Gray have three conference-best relay times in the 400 free relay (2:52.96), 200 medley relay (1:25.58) and 400 medley relay (3:10.57).<\/p>\n MOUNTAIN WEST TOP TIMES: Ava Olson<\/a> leads the Rebel women with a conference-best time in the 1000 free (9:50.25) and stands at second in the 500 free (4:44.88). Additionally, the group has multiple top-3 conference times which include Fernanda Mendez Guerra at second in the 100 fly (53.09), Erika Carlson<\/a> at third in the 200 free (1:46.33) and Grace Wharton<\/a> at third in the 400 IM (4:15.12).<\/p>\n -UNLV-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
