LONG BEACH, CA \u2014 An e-biker who died after losing control and crashing into a center median in Long Beach has been identified. <\/p>\n
Rescuers with the Long Beach Fire Department performed life-saving measures on Neal, then took him to a hospital, where he died from his injuries, according to police.<\/p>\n
Initial investigation shows Neal was riding an e-bike east in the far-left lane of Artesia Boulevard when he lost control and hit the curb of the center median, police said.<\/p>\n
