ClubMX Yamaha\u2019s Ryder Malinoski has released an update on his condition following a very scary crash in the SMX Next main event at Anaheim 2 on Saturday night.\u00a0<\/p>\n
On the opening lap, Malinoski landed on Max Shane and both riders went down hard. The race was red flagged as medics attended to both riders.\u00a0<\/p>\n
On his Instagram story, Malinoski said that he dislocated his hip in the crash and that doctors have \u201cpopped\u201d it back in and that he didn\u2019t sustain any other injuries.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cI got an alright start, fourth or fifth. One of the riders right in front of me kind of went in my lane, cross rutted, I was already committed to a triple\u2026 it\u2019s just racing. I\u2019m hoping he\u2019s okay too. I clipped his head, I think and it shot me right over the bars and right into the next jump. It was a really gnarly one, but I\u2019m alright. Couldn\u2019t be more grateful to be okay. That was God watching over me. I have a dislocated hip and a hit to the head obviously.\u201d<\/p>\n
