The Coffee Movement<\/a> is a treat. The Nob Hill cafe is a little slice of minimal specialty coffee goodness. But its second, more spacious outpost opened in 2022<\/a>, transforms the brand into a true destination. The city\u2019s best baristas cut their teeth at this cafe; Circle Chan, a barista here, placed fifth at the United States Barista Championship<\/a> in 2025, coached by Coffee Movement co-founder and former competitor Reef Bessette. A proper visitation to the city\u2019s Avenues<\/a>, the storied and much-slept on half of the city. Focus on the coffee while you\u2019re here, then walk a few blocks into Golden Gate Park. Bask in all that glory, bison paddocks and all.<\/p>\n
