(KGET) \u2014 The Bakersfield Police Department made multiple arrests at Sunland Motel after learning some of the rooms were being used to sell drugs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Chuck Bibb, 60, Sandra Slaydon, 34, Esteban Valdivia, 21, Victor Mora, 24, and Pedro Cabrales, 32, were arrested for various narcotics charges, according to police.<\/p>\n<p><img alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"540\" height=\"720\" decoding=\"async\" data-nimg=\"1\" class=\"rounded-lg\" style=\"color:transparent\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/a26083001202aeb103eca7abe7a73fcf.jpeg\"\/><img alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"540\" height=\"720\" decoding=\"async\" data-nimg=\"1\" class=\"rounded-lg\" style=\"color:transparent\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/62c6d689a83d7bf982343b67c8d0f6e9.jpeg\"\/><img alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"540\" height=\"720\" decoding=\"async\" data-nimg=\"1\" class=\"rounded-lg\" style=\"color:transparent\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/73e3203a70ebc54b39eb8606bea57d5e.jpeg\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Officers seized $14,251 in U.S. currency, half a pound of suspected fentanyl, several ounces of crystal methamphetamine, cocaine base and a firearm. After investigating, police obtained a search warrant for three hotel rooms that were used for selling narcotics.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Police said the dealers were primarily selling to homeless people.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Copyright 2026 Nexstar Media, Inc.
