Centeno\u2019s revived it (sort of), along with the more recently closed Tex-Mex favorite, Bar Ama, and his short-lived experimental Takoria at <a href=\"https:\/\/la.eater.com\/venue\/939080\/le-draq\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Le Dr\u00e4Q<\/a> in Downtown Los Angeles. Centeno describes his new place as a \u201cthree-headed beast.\u201d The metaphor works in that you\u2019re not quite sure which beast to focus on at any given time; in the end, it doesn\u2019t really matter because they\u2019ve all got teeth.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph n2hx75i _1knl15h1 _1knl15h0 cej01i1\">Casual and little confused: the sign for Bar Ama still glows in the corner and there\u2019s no aesthetic point of view emanating from the space itself.
