Portillo&#8217;s record-breaking goal and <a href=\"https:\/\/longbeachstate.com\/sports\/womens-water-polo\/roster\/gaby-patenaude\/8130\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"8130\" target=\"_blank\">Gaby Patenaude&#8217;s<\/a> first of the day shortened the lead as Long Beach State (7-4) headed into halftime trailing the Rainbow\u00a0Wahine, 6-3.<\/p>\n<p>Another 3-0 run for UH extended its lead to 9-3 with 4:46 remaining in the third.
