Ary made her first court appearance today in Ventura County Superior Court\u00a0 where she pled not guilty.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>On June 15, 2025, Ary is accused of being involved in a hit-and-run collision with a runner along\u00a0 PCH in Ventura County. Ary is alleged to have struck the pedestrian and then left the scene\u00a0 without stopping to render aid or identify herself. First responders located the injured pedestrian at\u00a0 the scene with significant injuries.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Following an investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Ary was identified as the alleged\u00a0 driver. She was arrested several days later, and the vehicle believed to be involved in the collision\u00a0 was located and seized as evidence.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Deputy District Attorney Jordan Pitcher, a member of the Ventura County District Attorney\u2019s Office General Trials Unit, is prosecuting the case.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ary\u2019s next court date is an early disposition conference scheduled for February 9, 2026, at\u00a0 1:30 p.m. in courtroom 12 of the Ventura County Superior Court.
