How did your ZIP do? \u2013 Orange County Register"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In the year ending in August, the median selling price declined in 42% of ZIP codes in Orange County, according to Attom.<\/p>\n<p>Among the 85 local ZIP codes with sales, prices increased in 49 areas while they decreased in 36.<\/p>\n<p>The priciest ZIP with five or more sales wa Newport Beach 92661, with a $4.32 million median. The cheapest was Santa Ana 92701 at $432,750.<\/p>\n<p>Sales were up in 38 ZIPs, down in 44, and flat in four. The busiest ZIP was Laguna Niguel 92677, with 66 sales.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, the countywide median of $1.15 million was flat over 12 months. Total sales of 2,171 were a 1% decrease for the year.<\/p>\n<p>How did your ZIP code fare?
