{"id":160808,"date":"2026-02-02T21:19:07","date_gmt":"2026-02-02T21:19:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/160808\/"},"modified":"2026-02-02T21:19:07","modified_gmt":"2026-02-02T21:19:07","slug":"spirit-of-place-president","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/160808\/","title":{"rendered":"Spirit of Place &#8211; President"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Feb 02, 2026<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Oakland University launches Spirit of Place Public Arts Competition<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n                &#13;<br \/>\n                &#13;<\/p>\n<p>Oakland University has launched a national competition that will culminate in the installation of a permanent, large-scale artwork that reflects the university\u2019s mission, values and aspirations.<\/p>\n<p>The Spirit of Place Public Arts Competition seeks to spotlight the university as a vibrant cultural hub for students, faculty, staff and community members.
