BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) \u2014 The Bakersfield SPCA is inviting the community to attend its annual Furry Paws & Foggy Nights fundraising event towards the end of February.<\/p>\n

The event is scheduled from 6 p.m. through 10 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27 at the DoubleTree Hotel at 3100 Camino Del Rio Court, according to organizers.<\/p>\n

The event aims to raise vital funds for the animals at the Bakersfield SPCA and kick off the next 75 years of the organization\u2019s work, the group said in a press release.<\/p>\n

Attendees can look forward to food, live music and entertainment, auction items, raffles and special appearances from some shelter animals, according to SPCA.<\/p>\n

Tickets cost $185 per person and a table for 10 can be reserved for $1,750, according to SPCA.<\/p>\n

Tickets can be bought by phone only. To purchase a ticket or reserve a table, call the Bakersfield SPCA at 661-323-8353.<\/p>\n

Those interested in attending should RSVP by Feb. 6.<\/p>\n
