(WXXV)- Progress is being made on the Long Beach Gateway Harbor project on Highway 90.<\/p>\n<p>The vision for the project is to better connect the Long Beach Harbor and downtown area.<\/p>\n<p>City leaders rolled out the project to help beautify the city\u2019s downtown corridor and serve as a more welcoming entrance to the city for drivers along Highway 90.<\/p>\n<p>After experiencing some minor delays, Long Beach Mayor Tim Pierce tells us the project is back on schedule.\t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"LONG BEACH, Miss.
