(WFIE) &#8211; Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating a fatal off-road vehicle accident that happened Sunday evening.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">According to a press release, conservation officers responded to private property near Old State Road 64 and State Road 257 for a report of an ORV accident with entrapment in Winslow.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Officials say that 50-year-old John Goodall was leaving his deer hunting area to pick up his spouse when the ORV overturned and trapped him underneath.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">They say Goodall\u2019s spouse heard the accident and called 911.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Despite life saving measures taken, he was pronounced dead on the scene. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The accident is still under investigation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2025 WFIE.
