She carried that confidence into the second set, cruising past her opponent 6\u20131 to secure the straight-set victory.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.therip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Naomi-Pavletich-KG-1.30.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-small wp-image-4025488\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Naomi-Pavletich-KG-1.30-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\"  \/><\/a>Naomi Pavletich mid forehand in her singles 2-0 sweep against Porterville. Her opponent then attempted to make a comeback by winning a game. Pavletich then put an end to that thought by regaining momentum with a perfectly timed ace to start the next game. She then closed out the first set 6\u20131. She remained in control throughout the second set, also winning 6\u20131 to earn another point for BC.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>On the last court of the first row, Kailani Lua dominated from start to finish.
