The rink is one of the nine surfaces being built for this weekend\u2019s 14th Maine Pond Hockey Classic held for the first time on McGrath Pond at Camp Tracy. Approximately 500 players on 66 teams plan ticompete. The annual event is a fundraiser for the Alfond Youth and Community Center in Waterville. The adult tournament is set for Friday through Sunday and a youth tournament is scheduled for Feb. 13-15.
