The NBA trade deadline brought few changes to the Sacramento Kings\u2019 roster.<\/p>\n

Aside from Saturday\u2019s deal that sent guards Keon Ellis and Dennis Schroder to the Cleveland Cavaliers in return for forward De\u2019Andre Hunter \u2014 a move that also sent forward Dario Saric to the Chicago Bulls \u2014 it was a quiet week for first-year general manager Scott Perry.<\/p>\n

Sacramento was involved in trade discussions that would have sent All-NBA center Domantas Sabonis to the Toronto Raptors, but no deal came to fruition as draft picks and returning salary caused both teams to table talks until the offseason.<\/p>\n

Zach LaVine, who is likely to pick up his $49 million player option for 2026-27, generated some interest around the league, mostly from the Milwaukee Bucks, before they pivoted their stance to soft-selling as they plan to evaluate Giannis Antetokounmpo\u2019s future this summer.<\/p>\n

DeMar DeRozan, who has a partially guaranteed deal ($10 million) next season, didn\u2019t garner much interest on the market, although he holds impressive averages of 19.3, 3.2 rebounds, and 3.9 assists on 50 percent shooting from the field and 34 percent from beyond the arc.<\/p>\n
