{"id":165874,"date":"2026-02-05T23:38:06","date_gmt":"2026-02-05T23:38:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/165874\/"},"modified":"2026-02-05T23:38:06","modified_gmt":"2026-02-05T23:38:06","slug":"bakersfield-police-to-conduct-dui-checkpoint-on-friday-feb-6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/165874\/","title":{"rendered":"Bakersfield police to conduct DUI checkpoint on Friday, Feb. 6"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK\/KBFX) \u2014 The Bakersfield Police Department Traffic Unit is set to conduct a DUI\/Driver\u2019s License Checkpoint on Friday, Feb. 6, 2026, at an undisclosed location within the city limits. <\/p>\n<p>The checkpoint will operate between 6:30 p.m. and 2 a.m. <\/p>\n<p>Officers will be on the lookout for signs of alcohol and drug impairment, while also checking drivers for proper licensing.
