BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) \u2014 The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for help to identify a woman suspected of using a stolen credit card to buy a MacBook laptop at a Costco.<\/p>\n

According to BPD, the theft happened on Oct. 9 at the Trader Joes on Coffee Road near Stockdale Highway. A victim told police her credit card and phone were stolen from her purse.<\/p>\n

A short time later, the stolen card was used to purchase a MacBook Pro from the Costco on Rosedale Highway. The suspect was seen on surveillance video, police said. Images of the suspect and the suspect\u2019s vehicle were released Thursday.<\/p>\n

The suspect is described as a woman wearing a white hat, light blue torn jeans, a maroon and white sweater that says \u201cKORS,\u201d black and white shoes with a Karl Lagerfeld tote bag.<\/p>\n

She is believed to be in a white 2004-2007 Nissan Armada.<\/p>\n

Anyone with information on the suspect is encouraged to contact Detective R. Fujihara at 661-326-3544 or BPD at 661-327-7111.<\/p>\n
