From Sushi Rolls to Wagyu Sliders and Lobster Tacos<\/p>\n
On the menu, guests can expect Bondi Sushi\u2019s signature selection of hot izakaya-inspired dishes, nigiri, sashimi, signature sushi rolls, and hand rolls (temaki) available exclusively at the omakase bar. In addition to these Bondi classics, the Oakland Park location will debut a range of brand new dishes made exclusively for the city, including wagyu sliders, lobster tacos, and skewers such as scallops with chimichurri and botan ebi (a type of spot prawn found in the cold waters of the Pacific Ocean).<\/p>\n
Another new addition to the Oakland Park location is its new bar, dubbed the \u201cBar at Bondi,\u201d which will feature cocktails concocted by Jonathan Adler, the beverage director at Shinji\u2019s. He aims to blend innovation with traditional Japanese ingredients and classic techniques. Therefore, guests can expect to savor reimagined versions of martinis, negronis, Old Fashioneds, and daiquiris, alongside an extensive selection of whiskey and sake.<\/p>\n
Signature cocktails include the \u201cCherry Blossom Martini\u201d made with a choice of vodka or gin, salted cherry-infused iichiko saiten shochu, and vermouth; the \u201cGreen Tea Hugo Spritz\u201d made with Bombay Sapphire infused with green tea, St. Germain, sparkling, and sake; and the \u201cSesame Chocolate Old Fashioned\u201d crafted with sesame-infused Irish whiskey, bourbon, cr\u00e8me de cacao, and bitters.<\/p>\n

The Most Stunning Bondi Sushi to Date<\/p>\n
As Bondi\u2019s largest location yet, the design features a custom 16-foot handmade tile installation by New York artist Allison Eden, Fortuny hand-dyed silk lighting imported from Italy (a nod to Shinji\u2019s), floratoriums, and banquette seating. A takeout enclave also offers guests an easy takeout experience, including Iceberg\u2019s Brewing, an in-house coffee and matcha concept.<\/p>\n
