{"id":167799,"date":"2026-02-07T05:29:06","date_gmt":"2026-02-07T05:29:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/167799\/"},"modified":"2026-02-07T05:29:06","modified_gmt":"2026-02-07T05:29:06","slug":"lane-closure-on-weedpatch-highway-in-lamont-expected-to-last-three-weeks-caltrans","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/167799\/","title":{"rendered":"Lane closure on Weedpatch Highway in Lamont expected to last three weeks: Caltrans"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK\/KBFX) \u2014 Caltrans announced on Friday a three-week lane closure on Weedpatch Highway (State Route 184) near Lamont as part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/dot.ca.gov\/caltrans-near-me\/district-6\/district-6-projects\/06-0u290\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Weedpatch Highway Rehab Project<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Starting Thursday, Feb. 12, weather permitting, the northbound #2 (right) lane will be closed between Lana Street and McKee Road.
