A man was shot and killed in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood Wednesday morning, police said.<\/p>\n
The San Francisco Police Department said they responded to reports of a shooting in the 100 block of Turk Street shortly at 8:55 a.m. and found a man with a gunshot wound.<\/p>\n
Despite the lifesaving efforts from emergency responders, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.<\/p>\n
While on the scene, police said officers located and detained a person of interest.<\/p>\n
