Officers arrived to find one victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.<\/p>\n<p>The victim died at the scene. Their identity is being withheld pending notification of the next of kin.<\/p>\n<p>The circumstances surrounding the homicide are under investigation, according to police.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information related to the case can contact the OPD homicide section at 510-238-3821 or the tip line at 510-238-7950.
