SAN FRANCISCO, CA \u2014 Police say they arrested an East Bay man in connection with a fatal shooting Wednesday morning in San Francisco. <\/p>\n
Sefanaia Alatini, 37, of Oakland, shot and killed a man just before 9 a.m. in the 100 block of Turk Street, according to the San Francisco Police Department. <\/p>\n
Officers arrived at the scene and found the wounded man. They rendered aid, including CPR, until paramedics arrived and took over, police said. <\/p>\n
Despite their efforts, the man died at the scene, police said. His identity was not immediately released. <\/p>\n
It’s unclear what led up to the shooting or whether the two men knew each other. <\/p>\n
Alatini was identified as a suspect and police developed enough probable cause to take him into custody on suspicion of murder, being a felon in possession of a firearm and being a felon in possession of ammunition, police said. <\/p>\n
