conditions due to habitat fragmentation.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-2899190a=\"\">Scientists have already documented physical signs of inbreeding, such as kinked tails and reproductive defects, in isolated populations hemmed in by Southern California freeways.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-2899190a=\"\">The listing officially prohibits harming or &#8220;taking&#8221;
