SACRAMENTO, Calif. \u2014 The three-year-old child at the center of a suspicious death investigation in Sacramento<\/a> was identified as Jeremiah Cash Carter.<\/p>\n According to the Sacramento Police Department, officers responded for a medical aid call along the 3300 block of Douglas Street, in Sacramento’s Hagginwood neighborhood, and found the boy with serious injuries.\u00a0<\/p>\n Despite efforts from first responders, he was pronounced dead. He was identified by the county coroner’s office on Friday.
