USAFA, Colo.\u2014Maya Anderson<\/a> and Amira Brown<\/a> combined to score 31 of the Spartans\u2019 61 points as the San Jos\u00e9 State women\u2019s basketball team fell at Air Force, 77-61, Saturday afternoon in a Mountain West game at Clune Arena.<\/p>\n

Anderson led the Spartans in scoring for the fourth consecutive game and 14th time this season with 16 points and dished out a team-high four assists.
\nBrown added 15 points, going 7-for-10 from the free throw line and making two three-pointers.
\nCarla Fuster<\/a> was a perfect 3-for-3 from the field for seven points, while Katarina Anderson<\/a> scored six points.
\nAnderson and Kaliyah Dillard<\/a> each grabbed a team-high 6 rebounds, while Brown gathered 5 boards.
\nThe Spartans led after the first quarter, 16-12, and at halftime, 33-31.
\nAll 10 Spartans, who saw action in the game, scored at least two points.
\nSan Jos\u00e9 State shot 45.5% from the field (20-44), including 60% in the first quarter (6-10) and 54.5% in the second quarter (6-11).
\nSJSU shot 40% or better from three-point range for the third consecutive game as the team was 9-for-22 for 40.9%. Seven Spartans made at least one three-pointer in the game.
\nFor the second consecutive game, San Jos\u00e9 State did not block a shot in the game.<\/p>\n

UP NEXT \u2013 San Jos\u00e9 State returns to the Provident Credit Union Event Center for two games next week, starting with Utah State on the 18th at 7 p.m., and Boise State on the 21st at 2 p.m.<\/p>\n
