TUCSON, Ariz. (TNND) \u2014 As of Saturday evening, no arrests were made in connection with the Nancy Guthrie case after police swarmed a home about two miles from the kidnapping site<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department said a federal court-ordered search warrant was executed at the house on Friday night, per the Associated Press. The warrant was based on a lead the agency had received, the media outlet noted. <\/p>\n

The news comes after multiple sheriff’s and FBI vehicles, including forensic units, were seen passing through the area.<\/p>\n

The department, along with the FBI, tagged and towed a Range Rover SUV from a Culver’s fast-food restaurant parking lot, which is also about two miles from Nancy Guthrie’s home.<\/p>\n

According to Fox News Digital<\/a>, an unidentified man was detained during a traffic stop late Friday night at Culver’s. Citing law enforcement sources, the media outlet said the man was among at least three people who were detained and later released amid the investigation. <\/p>\n

Authorities previously said they are testing DNA evidence<\/a> that was found at Nancy Guthrie’s house.<\/p>\n

“DNA other than Nancy Guthrie\u2019s and those in close contact to her has been collected from the property,” the sheriff’s department said on Friday in a statement to PEOPLE<\/a>. “Investigators are working to identify who it belongs to. We are not disclosing where that DNA was located.”<\/p>\n

Earlier in the week, investigators released surveillance video showing an armed, masked suspect at Nancy Guthrie\u2019s front door the night she was abducted. Two days later, the FBI described the suspect as a male <\/a>who is approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall to 5 feet 10 inches tall, with an average build.<\/p>\n

“We hope this updated description will help concentrate the public tips we are receiving,” FBI Phoenix said.<\/p>\n

They also shared images of an Ozark Trail Hiker Pack, which investigators said is a style of backpack the suspect was seen wearing in surveillance footage.<\/p>\n

FBI Phoenix said the FBI is increasing its reward from $50,000 to $100,000 for information that leads to Nancy Guthrie and\/or the arrest and conviction of anyone involved in her disappearance.<\/p>\n
