Per NWS,\u00a0the\u00a0strongest storms will hit the area Monday after the system begins to roll in Sunday night. A\u00a0graphic released by forecasters\u00a0shows that San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles counties will all experience rain; the graphic\u00a0indicates\u00a0there is a 20-40% chance of thunderstorms throughout the day Monday.<\/p>\n
