SANTA CLARA, Calif.\u2014Darcy Spark<\/a> scored the first and last Spartan goals and six more during the match to help the No. 18 San Jos\u00e9 State women\u2019s water polo team to a 13-9 victory over Pomona-Pitzer Sunday morning at the Bronco Invitational.<\/p>\n

Spark scored the first goal of the match with 3:01 left in the first quarter.
\nShe scored twice in the second quarter, giving SJSU the 6-4 advantage at halftime.
\nSpark scored all four Spartan goals in the third quarter and sealed the victory with her eighth goal of the match with 4:42 remaining in the match.
\nSpark\u2019s eight goals eclipsed her previous game-high of seven that she scored at Cal State Monterey Bay.
\nRose Jensen<\/a> scored three goals, all in the second quarter, while Jennine Osorio<\/a> and Bridget Cranley<\/a> each scored a goal in the victory.
\nGoalie Tatianna Raffin<\/a> recorded nine saves and grabbed two steals, while Larke Eslinger<\/a> had two saves<\/p>\n

UP NEXT \u2013 The Spartans open the home portion of the schedule with matches against Southern California on February 21, and Arizona State on February 22. Both matches begin at 1 p.m. at the SRAC on the San Jos\u00e9 State campus.<\/p>\n
