Doris Matsui abruptly hung up on my call, saying, \u201cWe don\u2019t need your vote. The deployment of troops on U.S. soil is scary. Kevin Kiley rings true given his continued preoccupation with Gov. Gavin Newsom and the supposed corruption being visited on the state.
