The San Jose Barracuda picked up an impressive 8-4 win over the Henderson Silver Knights on Sunday. San Jose Sharks prospect Kasper Halttunen was a big reason for the Barracuda’s win over the Silver Knights.<\/p>\n
Halttunen certainly stepped up in a major way for the Barracuda in their victory against Henderson, as he scored three goals in the contest. With this, Halttunen was also named the First Star of the game.<\/p>\n

With this impressive performance against the Silver Knights, Halttunen now has 10 goals, 10 assists, 20 points, and a plus-3 rating in 42 games so far this season with the Barracuda. This includes the 20-year-old forward recording four points in his last two contests for the AHL club.<\/p>\n
Seeing Halttunen put together a game like this is certainly encouraging. There is no question that the 6-foot-2 forward has good potential, and the Sharks are hoping that he will become a nice part of their roster in the future.<\/p>\n
